Weatherproof Digital Temperature Switch
SKU: K520064
Part №: TSW-150
Weight: 0.00 lb.
WARNING: This product requires assembly and additional parts
SPECIAL NOTE: When using the TSW with a heater that has a replaceable thermal fuse, the maximum compatible amperage is 12A
The TSW is a single-stage, on-off, digital temperature-controlled switch with a 20-amp contact rating and a weatherproof NEMA 4X-rated housing. It features a bright, easy-to-read LED display that shows the sensor temperature and the current on/off status. In order to prevent tampering from unauthorized users, a parameter-locking physical jumper and software passcode security are standard in the unit.
The multiple conduit knockouts on the TSW give flexibility to the installer to determine the best location for the conduit entry. Another installation-friendly feature of the TSW is the ability to quickly jumper the line voltage to the common of the output relay using fast tabs. The unit includes one PTC thermistor probe. We also offer an optional PTFE sleeve that allows the probe to be immersed in a broad variety of chemicals.

Using with immersion heater thermal fuses
To connect a thermal fuse to a TSW temperature controller, you will need two female quick-disconnect crimp terminal connectors, 22-18 AWG. These are not included with your order but are available at nearly any hardware store.
- Run the heater's power wires and thermal fuse wires into the housing of the TSW through any of the provided knockouts.
- Secure the wire conduit to the TSW with a conduit connector, included with the purchase of a Process Technology heater. (Knockouts are 1/2" NPS; heater wire conduits are usually also 1/2" NPS.)
- Crimp the quick-disconnect terminal connectors onto the wire ends of the thermal fuse. You may trim the thermal fuse wires as needed.
- Find the two spade terminals located below the screw terminal block.
- Slide the quick-disconnect terminal connectors onto the spade terminals.
Your thermal fuse is now connected.
