HXOL Flex Riser Series

HXOL Series heaters are PTFE-sheathed immersion heaters, resistant to most chemistries. The element is formed into a series of narrow loops to take up minimal room on the bottom of a tank. The flexible vertical riser has a standard length of 48 in., but can be configured to a wide array of lengths. These heaters have a watt density of 10 W/in².

• Longer fluoropolymer (PTFE) riser lengths.
• Rigid riser with vapor-tight, flame-retardant polypropylene terminal enclosure and either replaceable or resettable thermal protectors.
• Special configurations.

• Lower watt densities for highly viscous solutions and technical acids.
• Temperature and level controls sized to match the heater.

Provided with 4' of flexible continuous fluoropolymer leads as standard. Longer lengths available. Rigid risers can also be provided. Flexible lead fluoropolymer heaters require a temperature controller for proper installation.
