Kappa Series Nozzle heaters offer an alternative to cast heaters. The Kappa Series is constructed with a nickel-plated copper inner sleeve and stainless outer sleeve.

Features:
  • Heater is tightly fitted between sleeves eliminating the heat transfer problems associated with other dual sleeved designs.
  • Materials direct the heat inward toward the nozzle, resulting in a very efficient heater with even heat distribution.
  • Tightly toleranced ID allows a slip fit with no clamping required.
  • The thermal profiling method produces very flat temperature profiles over the length of the nozzle.
