We have over 1,000 standard immersion heaters available for online purchase. You can choose your own configuration for any of these heaters before checkout – voltage, junction box style, and various other options. To get started, just choose a category below and choose a heater from any of its subcategories.

Standard immersion heaters are built to order and ship in 5 to 15 business days, depending on the style. Most ship within 10 days, and some flange and screwplug immersion heaters can ship in as little as 2 days. If you need a faster lead time than standard, please contact us, and we will find out whether it's currently possible to expedite manufacturing.

If you know what you're looking for, but don't see a heater with the configuration you need, you can build your own custom heater online with our immersion heater configurator, and get a quote for it within one business day.

If you'd like to learn more before choosing a heater, please check out "Immersion Heater Info and Tools" just above, where you'll find our article on specifying immersion heaters from start to finish, as well as our tools for finding the right sheath material, power density, and wattage. You can also request a quote with the configurator even if you don't know every detail.

Of course, you can always get assistance with specifying a built-to-order heater – or any other questions – by sending us an e-mail, filling out a contact form, or just calling us at (866) 685-4443.

Immersion heater styles

Over-the-Side Immersion
For frequent removal for cleaning, tanks with little space, or when the wall cannot be penetrated. Over-the-side heaters distribute heat evenly and are widely used in many applications.
Flange Immersion
Fits directly into the vessel's sidewall. Hairpin-bent tubular elements welded to a flange with an electrical enclosure. Ideal for heating gases/liquids or for generating steam in a pressure vessel. Wide variety of sizes and electrical enclosures.
Screwplug Immersion
Tubular elements in a threaded hex plug. Heater screws directly into the sidewall through an opening in the tank to heat liquids or gases through direct contact. Compact, economical, and easy to install.
