Ring assemblies have the thermocouples embedded into either a stainless steel stamping (for grounded junctions) or a brass ring (for ungrounded junctions). Various ring sizes are available to measure the surface temperature of nozzles, extruder barrels, die heads, molds, and many other applicable surfaces.
